Why do I offer 1% listing-side commission? Over the years, I found myself negotiating listing commissions more often. I realized that all home sellers are sensitive to Realtor commissions. To address home seller needs I decided to offer the 1% listing side commission to be consistent and offer more value. You still get a full-service listing, but without the bloated commissions and fees.
